![]() ![]() Week three email ,send tickets everyday since July 12 2022. Kept getting it was a different dept that delt with frozen accounts and I would be answered by email only in 7 to 10 business days. I tried to send it back to my family and to another friend who both had exsisting accounts on Venmo to no avail li contacted them everyday ,they said they needed my ID so I uploaded my state ID ,bank card and medical card as proof, still frozen called several times, emailed and sent daily trouble tickets asking why my account was still frozen. I told him he is NOT allowed to speak to me that way and the supervisor hung up on me!!!!!!Īdd me as well Jmy family sent me 10.000$ through Venmo I had no problem until I tried to put money on my debit card my account was frozen that same day. Said my name 3 times in his best “dad” voice. He said he will not allow me to speak to anyone else. I asked to speak to his manager and his reply, “there is no one higher than me.” So i told him everyone has a boss. AND btw, my preferred way to pay on Poshmark is…drumroll please….Venmo!!! The supervisor started belittling me and yelling at me. ![]() He said the reason why is because I have linked Poshmark to my account, so ALL venmo purchases went through Poshmark and since my bank was connected to that account, it took it from my bank? So because I allowed Venmo as a payment method for Poshmark, it links the two together? I’m sorry but in no way, shape or fashion does this make sense. So first, the reason why they took it from my debit card instead of the cc is because my Venmo account had a zero balance…but I explained several time it was linked to the Venmo CC. Today I received several more notifications of more Venmo purchases. I had done that after my first purchase to Poshmark. The customer service agent told me I needed to put whichever card I wanted to use, as primary. I had selected my credit card to be used for all of these purchases. I had received several notifications from my bank of purchases I had made, through Venmo.
